The Bible Project Video Series
The Bible Project is an incredible set of teaching and engagement tools, all available for free, which look at the Bible. We've selected the first in a series that takes you all the way through the story of Jesus as told by Luke (who wrote 1/3 of the New Testament). To jump to video one in the series, click here.
The Chosen TV SERIES
The Chosen is a ground-breaking, record-breaking series about the life of Jesus. It is an excellently written and produced fictional account of the lives of the disciples and how they saw and dealt with what happened when they were called by Jesus. Based on research, history and academics, but produced with all the love and care of professional film-making, this has swept the world. Watch this here for free.
Read the life of Jesus as a story
Bear Grylls has written the life of Jesus as 'eyewitness-told' from the lives of some of those closest to him. It's a bestseller for a reason! This brilliant book is worth a read to engage the imaginative brain, all based in facts and research. This isn't free, but isn't too much to buy. To find the book on Amazon, hit here.
The Jesus Storyteller Bible
If you're after a book you can read through with your 3-10 year old which will help both you and your little one see how so many of the Old Testament stories point toward Jesus ... the Jesus Storyteller Bible is an award-winning and beautiful book that you can buy from a great online shop called Eden, and you can get it from here.
A hard look at some evidence
This book is a classic when it comes to examining Jesus critically. Written by a man who started off trying to research how to show that the claims of Christianity are all false, this book is compelling if what you're after is an evidence-based approach to knowing about Jesus. Also not free, but well worth the investment. Here's where to buy that one.

Buying a Bible
Buying a Bible can be a little mystery in itself - there are tons of translations out there, with extra notes and all the gubbins. We'd recommend you start with either the NLT (New Living Translation) or the NIV (New International Version).
